@jskladan mentioned there are sometimes desynchronization issues of the project version definition between different files (spec, setup.py, init.py). Let's do some minor improvements to decrease the frequency of such issues.

I was also thinking about adding a doit command for updating the version in all relevant parts of the project. That would help prevent mistakes, and is probably essential for doing continuous deployment. But that I guess can wait a bit and will be done in future anyway, so I'll close this ticket for now.
