Issue #200: deploy task-python-versions - taskotron

Please deploy https://github.com/fedora-python/task-python-versions . It has been reviewed in D948. We should probably start with dev/stg first.

This ticket had assigned some Differential requests:

Deployed to dev.

It seems to work well. I submitted a PR to polish it a bit, but otherwise we should be able to move it to prod once the freeze is over.

I believe we can push this to production.
