#156 [New Feature] Run Tunir Tasks in Taskotron

There is a desire to start running the autocloud tests in Taskotron for the f25-ish timeframe. With some ugly-ish hacks, this should be possible but I'd really rather not leave the hacks in long-term - this will need a better plan for integration before too long.

This is the tracking task for the entire unit of work.
