#153 [RFE] Testing Vagrant (Virtualbox, and libvirt) boxes in Taskotron

We generate Vagrant boxes for both Virtualbox, and libvirt backend. Taskotron should be able test these images in the same way of other cloud/atomic images. The test cases will be mostly same as of cloud base/atomic images. We may have to few test cases such a way so that those will only run in vagrant instances.
