$TITLE would be super-handy to have. IMHO, people are discouraged from participating if they're not sure their work would be wasted/rejected from the start or not. Give us an idea/description of the types of contributions desired, syntax/format standards, etc.

Thank you for the excellent suggestion. I'll put together an initial CONTRIBUTING.md (and CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md) soon.

Initial contribution and code of conduct documents have been added by PR #43.
