Remove obsolete roles:
    standard-test-selector - test selection should now be done using Ansible tags in test playbooks
    standard-test-cloud - this should now be done using the Ansible dynamic inventory qcow2 provider
    standard-test-docker - this should now be done using the Ansible dynamic inventory docker provider
