This commit migrates the Fedora-provided TeleIRC instance to the new
host hosted in AWS. The playbook was already run on the new host.

Looks good, but I would prefer to leave this PR up until we fully sort the issues we're having with the host.

To update, @tjzabel discovered the issue with the bridges is because AWS IP addresses are blacklisted on Freenode to prevent spam. To mitigate, bots must authenticate with SASL to Freenode, which is something TeleIRC v1.x.x does not support.

@tjzabel is working on migrating to another short-term infrastructure provided by the RIT Linux Users Group in Rochester, NY. If this works out, we'll update this PR with the new host and follow-up with @kevin to terminate the AWS host after all.

Still a work-in-progress. Chatter is happening between #fedora-commops and #rit-lug-teleirc on Freenode.

Sorry aws didn't work out here. :( Let me know if there's anything further I can do from here.
