this bridge isn't working, it never worked, we're without the bridge yet

I appreciate your patience. Bridges are now all updated to TeleIRC version v2.2.0 which supports SASL authentication (which all Fedora channels require). However, we've run into a new authentication bug which we need to work out in order to finish the rollout of these bridges.
