Hi @dhanesh95, when you get a chance, could you email the Telegram bot information? See more info here.

@jflory7 Information has been sent to the mentioned email address in the article.

Closed by commit c225cd4de9ec8c83ad62aa40443bae8d1e95ec25.

@akarshanbiswas @dhanesh95 Some channel flags need to be changed in #fedora-india for the bot to join, but I don't have privileges to check how the channel is configured. We can follow-up in IRC or Telegram for the rest.

@jflory7 The flags has been updated.

Everything is working as intended now. A few details on how the IRC side is set-up:

  1. Anyone who joins from a supported gateway (web chat, Matrix, IRC Cloud, etc.) will be able to chat in the group by default
  2. ACCESS #fedora-india ADD *!*@gateway/* +V
  3. For anyone who connects with a normal IRC client, they must authenticate with NickServ in order to talk in the channel
  4. /mode +q $~a
  5. Anyone who has voice privileges in the channel will always be able to write in IRC, but unvoiced people who have also authenticated will be able to chat too
