    plugin: Stop executing restorecon plugin on specified path prefixes
    
    Restorecon plugin reports false positives on target path starting with
    "/sys/fs" (eg. /sys/fs/fuse/connections). This patch stops execution
    of this plugin on set of specified prefixes (so far only "/sys/fs").
