Bump version
    
    Overview of changes:
    
     *  Updated for Saturnin v0.5.*
    
        Saturnin v0.5 brings new main() call syntax, which completely changes
        style of setting up meta-command from envvar-based to argument-based.
        It also introduces new completion features, hence complete script
        template is updated as well.
