newspec: Fix setup of changelog
    
    The change in 1a8a0aaa3f75f022920cb82b0c6419ae2db1b9c9 led to spec
    file creation via rpmdev-newspec failing with an error due to broken
    regular expressions.
    
    This works around that issue.
