#6 [EPIC] Dynamic loading and registering commands

Move commands to separate modules in order to load and register dynamically.

rpkg2 commands should have and be able to own their data, including

  • command line options and possible subcommands.
  • configuration.

rpkg2 commands should be able to be delivered independently within their own packages. The core must be able to discover core commands and installed commands.
