#773 Add verrel --json support

It preloads some interesting data and prints various parameters fetched
parameters and computed ones for current repository. It does not work
with -d or -v parameters.

This should allow post-process and automated tools to handle various special values. Like fetching actual disttag for rawhide branch for example, getting actual release for c10s to map into rhel-10.2 release also. Those are known by the *pkg tool, but not exported in machine processable way. This should allow working with some interesting internal details.

not very stable way to map values to stable key names is done. It chooses only short string properties this way, to generate nice properties.
