Looks good to me. The changelog looks like it's created from git log, who is the target audience?

Maybe for anyone who is interested in what changes in each release or tester. This is just a common way to publish each version's change than running git-log. But, yes, there should be a good way to highlight latest changes somewhere.

Back from holidays and continue working on this release.
