I tested this with both only kerb tickets and client cert and both kerb ticket and cert, and it will just pick whatever works.

Can this get reviewed and released please?
I would like to allow people switching as soon as possible.

I tested it internally with rhpkg: that uses kerberos and with a valid ticket I can upload files.

fedpkg upload with a cert is working as before. I don't have a kerberos ticket for Fedora, so without a cert I get auth failure (which is expected).

With a Fedora kerberos ticket upload works without a cert.
