Since all talking should to koji and then from koji to osbs, osbs backend can be removed from rpkg now.
But, there may be use cases for rpkg to talk with OSBS directly. If this happens, an osbs command should be added, and not mixed with the container-build.
Considering #54. It is unnecessary to fix this.
