Option --module-name can confuse people due to the word module that is also used for the module-* commands for building modules for Modularity. After the disucssion, new option --name and --namespace should be a good replacement for --module-name which should be deprecated.

--module-name should be still available for a while, and deprecation message should be printed out if someone uses it.
