When doing the mass rebuild for fedora I hit a pretty major snag. there is a hard baked assumption that the [] section in the koji config matches the binary name. I do not think that is really documented anywhere. koji has a profile option that lets you not have to have code copied from the koji cli. the koji cli option likely should go away and there should just be an option to specify the koji profile to use in the config file.
