#126 RFE: LiveDVD that boots up as a Xen host

Would like for Revisor to have the ability for a Xen host configuration, so that when the liveCD/DVD is booted up the hypervisor will be running as the default kernel.

(Might want to have the ability for the user to choose regular kernel or xen kernel in the boot menu also.)

This is either a boot menu entry edit, or something completely different and complex ;-)

We might wait for upstream on this one (livecd-creator).
