Pre-release  added default value for [slapd] prefix if not specified in .inf
    
    Bug Description:  In the installation, a prefix had to be specificed for the DS
    install. This option is confusing, and had no defaults. This led to attempts to
    install ds with a prefix of /etc/dirsrv
    
    Fix Description:  Make the prefix option default to /, and hide it from the
    default inf files.
