The discussion here on this was so long ago, it's hard to remember if it is the right thing to do or not.

Code-wise this looks fine. Is it still the case that we want to remove that noautobuild feature?

I think we should just merge this one to get it out of the queue.

I do not want to disable the option to opt-out of the mass rebuild. particularly given that the schedule now has it in we should be able to offer the opt out period. at least for some rebuilds.
