Describe the issue When Fedora 34 branches and Rawhide becomes F35, ELN will also begin tracking changes intended for RHEL 10. At that time, we will need the following two edits made to the eln-build tag:

When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD) 2021-02-09
When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD) Whenever we branch F35, which will need a further update. We should probably add this process to an SOP somewhere.
If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact? ELN will not be tracking Rawhide properly and specfile conditionals intended for use in RHEL 10 development will resolve incorrectly.
