Kevin Fenzi also attempted to update it without success, and suggested I ask here for somebody to edit the database for me.
When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD) No particular deadline, but soon would be good, since the sagemath package is currently broken in F33.
When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD) Never.
If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact? F33 users are stuck with a broken sagemath package.

I was able to manually remove sagemath-9.2-1.fc33. But it seems that the latest build is not imported in bodhi and I am unable to do so.
I've managed to refresh the builds list and I've pushed the update to testing.
