This fixes my call to splittree so that we can actually have media with more than 640 megs of content on it. All this time I though it was splittree bogons and turns out I was just setting a variable wrong (or rather splittree was helpfully re-setting the variable).

Since things actually work as expected, I bumped up the default disc size to 695. Tested locally and everything seems to be doing the right thing.
