This ticket is to check the release engineering impact of deaggregating the X.org utility packages, as described here:

I expect the biggest impact will be in reviewing comps (or whatever has taken comps' place, if that's changed) for mentions of those packages, and either replacing them with appropriate explicit requirements or simply dropping them.
No RelEng work is needed for this change other than paying attention to comps changes.
