Any extra information? I'd like to update python-dns to the latest version without Python 2 support so I need to split the package and therefore build python2-dns in rawhide.

Note that @tibbs was replaced as the main admin and not added as an admin. I suppose this is the standard procedure for retired packages, but in this case, @tibbs is maintaining the EPEL package. I will add him back.
