I just take an orphaned package and get it updated to upstream release [0]. But when I am checking bugzilla tickets, I found that I can't edit those bugs [1-3] including unable to reassign them to me. Those are assigned to Marek Mahut who is already marked as nonresponsive maintainer [4].
And I noticed that when being sponsored into packagers group, I am also in fedorabugs group, the description says that I should be able to edit bugs, is that I misunderstood the description or something wrong with the account system that I the privilege didn't take effect.
So, I think there is something not working or need manual grant privilege to me.

When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)
If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact? Unable to edit bugs will make maintenance uneasy.

Done for this specific user and I'm doing a full run as well while at it (we really need to deploy this in openshift and make it run regularly...)
