lgoncalv and acaringi are the RHEL kernel maintainers who are going to serve as backup for me should I PTO/get sick/get hit by a bus. As such, they will need to be able to build secure boot signed kernels.

The backup Fedora kernel maintainers will not be able to build kernels which can be shipped to users.
