Describe the issue
We have nightly builds for fedora container base image but we don't update it as often on the registry and other places(quay/docker hub). I think updating them once in 3 weeks is a good timeline

Not urgent, anytime this week or next

When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)
With every day it becomes more required since older image is sitting on the registry
