Other Git URLs
RHEL 8.2 introduced rpms/whois, rpms/perl-Convert-ASN1, and rpms/perl-LDAP packages. They exist in EPEL8 and should be removed from EPEL. I tried to retire them with "fedpkg retire", but I got rejected with:
Fedora release (epel8) is in state 'current' - retire operation is not allowed.
Please retire them in epel8 and epel8-playground branches.

I will fix send a PR to fedpkg to fix it, once approved, I will retire them for you.
As a workaround, you can retire packages by git rm-ing all files and creating dead.package. fedpkg retire only does that :)

dead.package
fedpkg retire

I did it manually. I also did it in epel8-playground. Although I'm not sure if this is the proper way because epel8 branch had package.cfg file.
Everything seems right. The packages will be blocked in epel8 during next compose run.
