This ticket is the required "check of an impact with Release Engineering".
This will require a side tag for me to do the rebuilds, which I'll request in a separate ticket once the change is approved.
@jwakely RelEng acknowledges the change, please create a new ticket when you need a side tag.
Or you can also use fedpkg request-side-tag for it, but it will give you a randomly named side tag rather than f33-boost or something.
