This build fails because of an existing task, but that task has failed and resists cancellation, even with --full --force. I think something might need tweaking in the DB.
yeah, this is all fallout from our unhappy rabbitmq cluster. ;(
So, that task is never going to be other than failed.
The way forward here is to just bump release and submit a new build.
