@jridky retired modular gimp from F32+, but it's still somehow getting included in F32 composes.
See e.g. https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/compose/branched/Fedora-32-20200310.n.0/work/x86_64/repo/ that has module-gimp-2.10-3220191106095052-43bbeeef subdirectory.
What's missing from gimp module retirement? I see that it's gone from https://pagure.io/releng/fedora-module-defaults/tree/master and has dead.module in https://src.fedoraproject.org/modules/gimp/tree/2.10

We dont have a easy way to untag modules when we retire modules. I had to manually untag them.
