Describe the issue The libarchive-3.4.2-1.fc32 build is stuck in pending. As a result upgrades are actually getting a libarchive downgrade.
When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD) ASAP, I suspect getting it in a state where it can just go to updates-testing and post beta freeze go stable would be the most straight forward.
When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)
If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?
I guess it got into that weird state due to branching, but it should be fixed now.
I just pushed it to testing, once the push is complete, it should be available in testing repo and post beta freeze, it will pushed to stable.
