Describe the issue
scilab depends on checkstyle -> antlr4-maven-plugin -> antlr4 -> treelayout, hence I need to unretire treelayout. This package seems to build fine in a rawhide mockbuild. checkstyle is currently also retired, and I will also need to unretire that. I will request this separately.

When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD)
Ideally with enough time before the f32 branch deadline.

When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)
When antlr4 no longer depends on treelayout.

If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?
Dependants of antlr4, including scilab -> checkstyle, will remain FTBFS.
