@asaleh You need become a packager (packager permission) to maintain a package in fedora.

To get the packager sponsorship, please follow https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/How_to_get_sponsored_into_the_packager_group

Please reopen the ticket once you get the sponsorship and then we can unorphan the package for you.
