Yeah, we need a package re-review approval to unretire it as its been retired for more than 8 weeks.

While I'm here, I'll also need jdeparser -- again, master branch only has been orphaned / retired, f30 is still good. We'll need new f31 branches for each of them too, but iirc I can do that after they're unretired.

@humaton I just approved the jdeparser package re-review. Can we get jdeparser unretired, please? I'd like it to land in rawhide before I continue the jboss-logging-tools re-review, since it won't build without it.
