python-robosignatory has been retired on Rawhide because it did not run on python3. This has now been fixed and I'd like to update the package. I would also like to have the f30 branch created, since the package was retired when branching happened.

To clarify, we don't retire packages just because they don't run on python3 (yet). The package was retired because it didn't install and there was zero response from the maintainers.

Yeah sorry for the misunderstanding, I did not want to imply that I thought the retirement was unjustified, I don't.
The package has been unretired, PDC entry updated, ownership transferred and koji branches f31 and master unblocked.
