#8722 Please create a f31-gnome side tag
Closed: Fixed 4 years ago by kalev. Opened 4 years ago by kalev.

Hi,

Please create a new f31-gnome side tag and build target. We'll use it for building GNOME megaupdates before submitting them to Bodhi.

Thanks,
Kalev

your side tag has been created.

$ koji taginfo f31-gnome
Tag: f31-gnome [12721]
Arches: armv7hl i686 x86_64 aarch64 ppc64 s390x
Groups: appliance-build, build, livecd-build, livemedia-build, srpm-build
Tag options:
Targets that build into this tag:
f31-gnome (f31-gnome, no active repo)
This tag is a buildroot for one or more targets
Current repo: no active repo
Targets that build from this tag:
f31-gnome
Inheritance:
0 .... f31-build [6448]

@humaton Thanks!

I think the arches are wrong and it should be ppc64le instead of ppc64. Can you fix that, please?

It should be fixed now
$ koji taginfo f31-build
Tag: f31-build [6448]
Arches: armv7hl i686 x86_64 aarch64 ppc64le s390x

Great, thanks again!

I've a chain-build running against the f31-gnome, and it's currently in waitrepo (for almost two hours). It's not expected to be there, is it? It didn't use to do that in the past at least. Is that due to rawhide gating, bodhi activation or anything like that? I know this is not rawhide, but who knows, bugs happen.

I was just talking to mboddu on irc to figure out what's up with no newRepo tasks for f31-gnome. He's restarted kojira now and hopefully that fixes it. Let's see.

Only letting here know, the first manual newRepo run helped, then I had another timeout, but the next day it worked, thus, even it took significantly longer than usually, I've been finally able to build my three packages (in a chain-build, not in parallel) in the f31-gnome tag.

We are done using the f31-gnome side tag and it can be removed now. Thanks!
