    It was just retired in RH#1741099 as ipsilon now is py3 compatible and works in f31+ in git master


The package should now be unretired and unblocked in koji tags f31, master

It seems f31 is still blocked:

Now it should be unblocked in f31 aswell. Sorry for the complications.
