Following up on my other nodejs unretirements I'd like to unretire nodejs-grunt-legacy-util.
Again, this was retired due to being FTBFS, which I've been able to fix (again just by bringing the package up to date). Here's a scratch build.
This is also still within the 8-week deadline, so no re-review necessary.
I'd like the package to be unretired on the master and f31 branches. Thanks in advance!
