#8678 no kojira newRepo task spawned when creating a new side-tag on koji.stg

Previously, after creating a new sidetag on the koji-stage (using the method described in #8593 ), kojira spawned a newRepo task to create the repo for the new sidetag.

Currently, this task is not being created, and the repo for my new side-tag is not being created.

What was the name of the side-tag?

f30-build-side-7751, but it appears now that kojira is working again, and created the repo for me overnight.
