@mtasaka F31 branch is not created, you can use fedpkg request-branch to create a f31 branch.

Sorry, I should have mentioned in my first comment.
So now f31 branch is created but koji build is still blocked. Would you fix this?
And.... can't this procedure be simplified? Why do we have to do
these 3 procedure?
@mtasaka it is actually 2 steps, unretire and create a new branch. Hence this package was retired prior to f31 branching it does not have f31 branch... But, why it was created, blocked I do not know. It is unblocked now.
