The content needs to be fully staged by Oct. 24th in order to release by Nov. 4th.
Make sure top level release directory permissions are 700 during initial sync, 750 for mirror sync.
Content has been staged for the mirrors, and set to 750 for them to pick it up. Content is currently syncing to the torrent server and should finish by Monday.
