    Make Qt applications to run natively on Gnome Wayland session, using the Qt Wayland platform plugin instead of the XCB plugin which is used for X11/XWayland. Other desktop environments already run natively on Wayland sessions, only Gnome is excluded by Qt.

I thought that this is the way how to submit a change for Fedora. How does one propose a change then so it's send to fedora-devel-announce and this change is added to Fedora 31 ChangeSet?

Nevermind, I found the wiki page with the needed information and set correct category for my change proposal.
