When building a module that build-requires platform:[] (i.e. expands to platforms), MBS schedules a modular build with platform:f28 https://mbs.fedoraproject.org/module-build-service/2/module-builds/4652 despite it's end-of-life.
Moreover, the build fails when finishing module-build-macros component https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=35452130.

platform:f28 module can't be retired until MBS issue 1243 is fixed.
Was just checking the ticket, and found that this seems to be fixed and deployed now.
This issue has been fixed, closing ticket now
