Describe the issue
rubygem-paranoia was recently orphaned [1] but unfortunately @ruby-packagers-sig was not removed from the maintainers list. As an administrator of that group, I don't want that group to be associated with any orphaned package, since the group is not intended to be just dumping ground, therefore, please remove @ruby-packagers-sig from rubygem-paranoia maintainers list.

When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)

If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?
I will have to pickup the package to remove the group and orphan it once again.
