Describe the issue The Fedora 31 Containers release is needed to push update to the registry. But this is currently the rawhide release so bodhi should not require any days in testing before pushing to stable.

@mohanboddu The Bodhi docs describe how to configure different policies for different releases. You can just set this release's days in testing to 0.
