When trying to build flatpaks, the container build is repeatedly failing with the following error:

Image build failed. Error in plugin resolve_module_compose: RuntimeError('Retrieving https://odcs.fedoraproject.org/api/1/composes/273 timed out after 1800 seconds'). OSBS build id: gnome-characters-master-de69a-5

https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=34599693 is an example of a failing task
